Good or Evil

Integrity is Everything

Times are incredibly hard, and with the treasonous government attempting to lord over and control everything in The United States of America (and elsewhere), the current administration is making it all the more difficult to live; or rather—survive—which may be a better word. The only thing that is currently holding society together is the presence of goodness in people—which directly ties in with integrity. Without integrity, society would ultimately collapse.
eBay works solely off of integrity, in actuality! Imagine if people were selling items that are actually terrible over and over. The online-garage-sale platform wouldn't be able to operate as effectively as it does.
Before we go further though, let's first define integrity; integrity according to Google is, 'the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.'
"he is known to be a man of integrity".
Whether or not society sees it or not, integrity is dwindling. When the world becomes uglier in the sense where they no longer care to foster the goodness in people, or others no longer care to accept constructive criticism for the betterment of themselves (and others).. the people of Earth are on the wrong path. People are tossing their morals and ethics down the drain, and that much has been made clear for me and my business as well.

Apathy is Death, Part II
Earlier I stated that morals and ethics are being tossed down the drain—even from those formerly on my team. Mistakes are made and I suppose that sometimes, you don't truly know people. Unfortunately, I had to let a few members go—which of course bothered me because they are/were friends. However, I'm not one to keep certain thoughts to myself, especially when I'm certain that someone is walking down the wrong path—A road that will certainly lead one down the path of destruction, total self-defeat and complete delusion; a common characteristic of the average Joe or Jane today.
As a business owner, I'm not willing to allow others' actions to smear my small organization's image before we get places—Let me do that. We're doing big things, so naturally we're being selective in who or what we associate with. Makes sense, right? We all have our opinions. To those that know me, you know that I have very strong opinions, however I frequently consider whether or not I am doing enough to better myself—I don't want to become apathetic. That is to say, I do not want to become a person who lacks interest in my own well-being.
When you're a true friend with integrity, you inform loved ones of concerns that you may have about their life or if they're doing something wrong—and of course if they're doing something right as well! You speak truthfully and inform them, especially if what they're doing has the potential to do more harm to them further down the line. True friendships allow for friends to constructively critique each other and if the feedback is genuine, you can work on those areas in your life that you need to—The point being, your friends are meant to lift you up and call out your bullsh*t. If one is apathetic toward their own self-worth and the worth of others, it's definitely something to work on.
One member of the game development team who left, described their reason for leaving as 'creative differences'—which were actually kind words for, "I don't want to work with you because I don't want to change my ways, better myself or be held accountable for the wrongs I'm doing."—Absolutely.
It's incredible what passes for "creative content" these days—Bunny ears—Which have ties with adrenochrome symbolism—highly sexualized cosplay outfits (that are often tied to anime and strange child-like features) and revealing more and more of one's body parts for money is all the "creative difference" needed for me to dish out a choice for team members; whether or not one chooses to work to better themselves or continue the path of destruction and leave the team is up to them.
The other former team member left because they were worried that they would receive flak for my decision to take Evigilo Entertainment to more than one direction; taking more direct action to inform and discuss significant issues going on in the world via our new show, The Evigilo Report, rather than just creating a video game that can take years to make. We still want to reach out to the younger crowd, but it will take more time.
People simply do not want to stand up for the greater-good and would rather submit to their demons and continue to live their sinful life. Apathy is Death and complacency is lame.
While I am saddened by the decisions made by both individuals, I am not sorry that they are gone. People show their true colors when they are selfish or afraid; whether the undertaking will get hot or not due to hate cast upon good-natured deeds, keep or make friends that are going lengths to fight for the right thing—Moral and ethical ideas that are fundamental to our lives, based on Biblical teachings. All I can do is pray for them in hopes that the Creator will work on their heart and they will come to know the Lord. I'll always hold a place in my heart for them, but at times you must separate for the sake of your own beliefs. I'll always love you two, if even from a distance and I do wish y'all the best.
If it wasn't glassy before, the lines between Good and Evil are being drawn. If you do not care about the horrors going on in the world behind the scenes, you may be apathetic and you may want to rethink your life.
You must choose a side.
