This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Evigilo Entertainment LLC does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Evigilo Entertainment LLC, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Evigilo Entertainment LLC shall not be liable for the Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Content Quality

General

  • Evigilo Entertainment makes no guarantees of our content's quality, type, length, deliverability, availability, rate of distribution, values, or anything else related to your experience.

Video Quality

  • Evigilo Entertainment makes its best effort to produce all video content at 4K Resolution (3840x2160) or higher, however this does not guarantee the availability of our video (or other) content's quality to be made public for everyone.
     

  • Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to withhold or throttle video quality for any purpose and from any party (including the public) and save the best available quality for other purposes and parties, such as a our subscription service and subscription service members. See Subscription for more details.
     

  • Evigilo Entertainment is not in control of throttling of quality (such as video resolution) on sites such as Rumble.com, Youtube.com or other video streaming providing platforms.
     

  • Evigilo Entertainment is not in control of your own personal or commercial device's specifications that do not allow you to view higher quality content, therefore we cannot assist you if your device is not updated or upgraded to adequate or the best available technology to view or experience our content.

    • For the best quality and experience, we recommend that you keep your devices updated to the latest available firmware (etc) and upgrade/replace them if you are unhappy with visual quality that is available to you.

    • We provide our Subscribers 4K video content—Available for download. See Subscriptions for more information on content availability.
       

  • As a courtesy to the public, Evigilo Entertainment may make the highest quality content that we produce available to the public.

Purchasing

General

You agree that you cannot hold Evigilo Entertainment responsible for any errors made at fault from you. Please be certain when entering any information that it is accurate to the best of your ability. If you mis-enter an email, name or any other information that is inaccurate in regard to whom the recipient of the product or service is intended, contact us immediately so that we may work together to adequately correct the issue. Please be prepared to provide the correct information. We may ask you to verify this information over the course of a necessary duration of time in which we reserve the right to determine.

Some purchasing options, methods and payment solutions may not apply or be available in some cases, for example, when purchasing a custom order.

 

For any purchases made, we assume that the purchaser's intended party is the "recipient", "license holder" or "service receiver".

 

Customers who subscribe to The Evigilo Arts Subscription Exclusives ('EASE') or other digital services or items will purchase through digital means such as the payment methods below. Other payment methods may be available depending on your purchase. If you have questions, please reach out.

On our website checkout system, the recipient/license holder reflects the information entered into checkout fields and these fields are archived as:

On our website checkout system, there is a separate field for the purchaser's name if the recipient differs from the purchaser.

Custom Orders

We handle custom orders digitally. See Custom Orders for more information. Please provide and confirm:

  • Email

  • Full Name

  • Any other relevant information that we request


You may see multiple types of invoices;

  1. The Base Price/Project Security Fee (PSF)—This is your base price and set amount of hours covered by the base price

  2. The hourly work billed after PSF coverage is used up. Billed throughout project process or at the end; determined by Evigilo Entertainment at our discretion

  3. Any licensing fees that may be required


There are some cases where the base price covers the full amount of work and hourly charges are not necessary.

Merchandise Store (Merch)

We work with Spring to provide our merchandise from our Evigilo Merch (evigilomerch.com) store. We do not make 100% commission on the products on our merch store, therefore we recommend that if you would like to support us, purchase our digital goods on this website instead.

Shipping (Merch Store)

All inquiries and issues regarding shipping must go through Spring, contact Spring here. We hold no power regarding shipping times, production dates and other operations involving Spring.

Refund & Returns Policy

Refunds

​Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to deny issuance of refunds for anything; product, service or otherwise, for any reason and at any point in time. Therefore, we may or may not issue you a refund. We do our best to provide an integrity-focused service, therefore we will do our best to adequately take care of any issue to the best of our ability.

Specific Refund Policies:

  • Custom Order Project Security Fees (PSF)

    • If cancelled, unless the project has not started: You must inform us via writing within 5 business days from the date that the order is placed/paid—If you meet our 5-day policy by informing us, will issue you a full refund, but you must pay a 3% Cancellation Fee of the Project Security Fee (PSF).

    • Unless Evigilo Entertainment cancels the order. See details on custom orders > cancelling orders

    • We do not refund any leftover amount of PSF hour coverage when order is completed, nor do we credit any remaining time left.
       

  • Physical Merchandise (We have no control over drop shipping services)

  • Subscription Services (EASE)
     

  • Digital purchases such as; artistic templates, digital backdrops, individual purchased show episodes and more.

Returns

​Evigilo Entertainment offers primarily digital products. After any digital purchases are made other than what's described in our refund policy above, sales are final. No returns are possible for digital purchases. Physical merchandise will be handled by Spring. See Merchandise Store (Merch) > Shipping (Merch Store).

Cancellation Policy

How We Handle Cancellations

​Evigilo Entertainment will honor cancellations in accordance with the policies that we have stated in these terms & conditions on this website. When cancelling, please reach out to us through one of our methods to contact us. Outlined below are specific product types/services:

How do I cancel (?):

  • Custom Orders​

    • If we have already made custom order plans:

      • We're careful in accepting custom orders. We only accept custom orders if plans have been made for the project/product. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us within 5 days of your order.
         

    • If we haven't made custom order plans/If you have made an accidental purchase:

      • We only accept custom orders if plans have been made for the project/product. If for some reason you have made a purchase without plans being made, we will issue you a refund. Please do not dispute the charge.

      • The cardholder who purchased the order must pay for any fees that arise when we give a refund.

      • Please let us know as soon as possible so we can issue a refund as soon as possible.

  • Physical Merchandise​

    • Please reach out to Spring as they handle our drop shipping merchandise.

  • Subscription Services (EASE)

    • Simply reach out to us and we will cancel your subscription or cancel on your own through your subscription settings on your account page.

Terms of Sale

What Are Terms of Sale?

​Evigilo Entertainment has specific Terms of Sale that align with the policies that we have stated in these terms & conditions on this website. These are terms that you abide by when making a purchase on our website or any other manner utilized by Evigilo Entertainment:​​​

  • Recurring Payments: Subscriptions, Memberships or Split-Payment Payment Solutions​​

    • ​Effective as of 03/22/2022 Mastercard is requiring the following:
       

      • Merchant must send electronic notification of subscription terms at time of enrollment.​​​​

      • Merchant must send electronic receipt, including cancellation instructions.

      • Merchant must provide online or electronic cancellation method.
        ​

Service Specific Terms
Effective 9/22/2022, Merchant must clearly disclose terms of subscription and capture cardholder’s affirmative acceptance at point of payment.

  • Evigilo Arts Subscription Exclusives (EASE)
    Entertainment subscription service, providing digital access/membership to view exclusive; video content, episodes, first looks, opinions, articles and more and also participate in membership-only community events such as live videos and join exclusive online community chats and more.

    We offer 2 Tiers

  • Tier One & Tier Two with a monthly or annual payment rate.
    ​

  • Custom Order Split-Payments
    A custom order payment solution to assist customers with expensive projects. We do not always accept this type of payment solution.

Stored Card Permission

As of Oct 14th, 2017, Visa® and Mastercard require express permission via Opt-in/checkbox is presented to the customer when storing their card for future use.

 

We take payment method storage seriously, therefore when purchasing from us, you must have a card or method of payment on file/stored with us. By purchasing from us, you agree to have your card stored. See how we protect your payment information.

Custom Orders

This website offers information about our Custom Order Services. By accessing and/or participating in the services offered and represented by the Evigilo Entertainment website, you agree to our Custom Order Terms and Conditions—following;

Custom Order Purchasing

We currently only accept digital payment methods. These payment methods will be done through digital means and only with our selected card acceptance methods.

 

By purchasing a custom order, you understand that it may require a reselling license and to receive it, you must pay the project to completion. After payment is complete, you will receive an exclusive Custom Order License (COL). Read more about Custom Order Licensing in our Licensing section and see our project workflow. Licensing Fees may or may not apply and we will inform you before the project starts.

 

The following work does not require Licensing Fees:

  • Logo Design

  • 2D Logo Animation

  • 3D Logo Animation

Projects Requiring A Licensing (COL) Fee

The following Custom Order Projects that may require a one-time 3% of project total licensing fee that Evigilo Entertainment will determine before the project begins. See Custom Order Licensing in the Licensing Section for more information.

  • Content that may/will be resold

  • Content that may/will be sold in a pack

  • Content that may/will be offered via wholesale

  • Video game assets; including 3D objects, music, animations and more

  • Animations (Video)

  • Images/Renders/Templates

*Base Price/Project Security Fee (PSF)

This is a non-refundable security fee designed to protect our precious time. PSF hourly coverage depends on the project type, defined on our custom order pages, but can be adjusted on an individual basis if necessary. Primarily, the PSF should not change from what is described on our service pages. Please read the descriptions carefully. We may adjust the fee to reflect the level of difficulty and/or quality for the work and more.

​

  • The Base Price/PSF must be paid before the project will start.

  • Please do not pay for the PSF without first contacting us and confirming that the project and work will be taken.

 

We will communicate with you when we plan on starting the project, as your chosen scheduled date may not reflect the exact availability due to the complexity of varying projects. We will inform you when we are about to start your project. Please communicate your needs and if time frames and deadlines are necessary. We would love to work with you throughout the process (if necessary). Our Project Security Fee may not be refundable. See refund policy.

Hourly Rates (After PSF)

After the PSF coverage is used up (determined via our listed service descriptions), we begin to charge hourly. We will inform you that we are beginning to charge hourly through an email or other preferred written means of communication.

​

  • We currently charge our hourly rate of $35.00 per hour.

  • We may issue you an invoice to receive continual payment during/throughout the process, but this is not normally necessary. Therefore, we normally wait to charge our hourly invoice after project is completed.​​

Payment Methods, Solutions & Fees

Current payment methods accepted are only digital, through digital means. We offer two different payment solutions;​

​​

  • Full Payment Solution: One-time payment (after base price) and project is finished.
     

  • *Split-Total Solution: We work with you to split the payments up into 2, 4, or 6 months (and no longer unless agreed upon). After the base price is paid—Because custom work has the potential to be expensive, we understand that not everyone can pay right away or all at once.


    *Split Total Fee: We charge a fee for the use of the Split-Total Payment Solution;

    • 2 Months: 20% of the total of that month, for each month

    • 4 Months: 30% of the total of that month, for each month

    • 6 months: 50% of the total of that month, for each month
       

       

    • Example: Your total price (after base price, not included in the fee) is $100.00

    • 2 months you will owe $50.00 for both months with the additional fee of $10.00 (20%), totaling at $60.00.

    • 4 months, you will owe $25.00 for each month with the additional fee of $7.50 (30%), totaling at $32.50

    • 6 months, you will owe $16.67 for each month with the additional fee of $8.30 (50%), totaling at $24.97

    • Once you're locked into the current Split-Total Solution, the fee will not change

    • The Split-Total fee does not contribute to the remainder of your balance, it is a separate charge.

    • You may choose to pay the remainder of your balance at any point at no fee, so long as it is not the last Split-Total payment.
       

  • Payments are Due on the specified date by 11:59 PM MT (Mountain Time)
     

  • One-Day Grace Period: All Payments are given one day of grace (the next day) to pay with no fee, so long as there is not a pending late or missed payment. Customers who have a pending late and/or missed payment will not receive a One-Day Grace Period.
     

  • Late Fee: If the payment is not made the day after the One-Day Grace Period, 25% of the total remainder of the project will be added onto the total balance. You have then missed a payment. (Example: $100.00 total, late fee will be an additional $25.00)
     

  • Missed Payment Fee: If you missed a payment, meaning you did not pay after the One-Day Grace Period—We will begin to charge an $10.00 missed payment fee for each day that the payment is not made.
     

    • Example: If you had to pay today (Payment Day), but you missed it, you receive one day of grace ("tomorrow" | one day) to pay it. If you do not pay by "tomorrow", you owe $10.00 on the third day. If you do not pay on the third day, you owe $20.00 and so on.

    • If the payment is not made after 60 days, we will consider taking legal action.
       

  • Custom Order License Fee (COL): 3% of the total project​ before fees.

Customer Responsibilities

If Evigilo Entertainment needs to purchase or hire contractors for a certain service, circumstance or resource required to complete the order, the customer is responsible for informing us, paying for or reimbursing Evigilo Entertainment. We will notify you and confirm if:

 

  • We are willing to make the payment to hire contractors

  • If it must be done to complete the order
     

By default, you understand that as the customer you must provide certain resources such as items listed below.

(Example: Voice Actor Services might be required for a commercial or for your required service)
 

  • Logos

  • Videos to be included in the project (They should be of the highest quality available to you or we may have to take better footage if it's not adequate)

  • Voice Over Scripts Documents

  • Voice Acting Sounds

  • Text to be displayed

  • Picture References

  • Anything else we determine reasonable, and we will communicate

You understand that as the customer you must provide certain information such as items listed below via email or text.

  • Time frame or deadlines

  • Specific information/required details that pertains to your project/order​​

Custom Order General & Workflow Information

General

All custom work is made-to-order. There are times where we may or may not utilize commercial templates for certain products, such as animations, in which we have received proper licensing for. We will never share, re-sell or utilize content we create for you for other customers. See what we may do with your content in our Custom Order Rights (below).

Workflow

Our workflow for each individual custom order service is outlined on the service's specific order page list on this website. You will find the breakdown of the project workflow; what the project may or may not require to be done (we may use several different programs to achieve our desired finalized product)—We provide this for convenience purposes.

Beginning Workflow

We will communicate with you after you have contacted us about your desired custom order - Please do not pay for Project Security Fees (PSF).

​

Concept/Design Phase
After gathering all necessary information including your specific needs, we will begin a concept design and then begin the project's usual workflow process. These design workflows vary and therefore we will communicate with you about your needs throughout the process. We recommend that you remain available for us to reach out to you as much as possible, as we see these custom orders to be high priority for us and you.

​

Final Touches

Please note that each project workflow varies and depends on the project type. Animation will vary from 3D Design (for example), therefore certain projects will require the flexibility of workflows that are intertwined and run together.

​

Payment, Licensing, Secure Digital Delivery

  1. Hourly payment will be paid in full.

  2. We will determine if you will be paying for a COL (Commercial-Use Custom Order License).

  3. After COL is determined, we will;

    A) If COL is wanted: We will take care of the COL fee and set up a personal cloud-drive folder to have digital access to your order along with a licensing key/record that you should keep in your digital and physical filing system. We will keep this folder for you for 1 year from the date of the folder being sent to you.

    B) If COL is not wanted: We will set up a temporary folder for you to retrieve your files and you will have 30 days to download your files.
     

  4. We will then verify the emails that you want to have access to this download folder containing your project files and then send a link to this folder to you via email. The email you contact us with must match the email that you want to receive the files as the primary contact for this order. You will then securely download to receive your project files and will have a set amount of time to download them depending on A or B (above).

Questions & Concerns

Ask us any questions that you might have, but please note that we may not respond right away. We take our work very seriously and we're incredibly busy, however we operate with a high sense of integrity and responsibility. Please be patient with us—We will make sure you are treated right and fairly.

Evigilo Entertainment Custom Order Rights

By purchasing custom-content from us, we reserve the right to use the content/product that you custom-order in any way that we see fit; commercial or non-commercial. By purchasing custom-content from us, you hereby agree that you have the right to do business on behalf of the company, persons or entity that you represent. You also extend to us an irrevocable, non-exclusive usage of the name of your business, logo and business-related imagery, granted and absent from any fees, payments of any kind and similar.
 

  • How will we use the content (if we do)?

    • We may use the product, such as (but not limited to) an animation or logo design to advertise our services, feature them on our website or other unnamed uses in which we are not limited to.

Order Bumping and Priority Level

Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to start other custom orders/projects and place your order on a lower priority level if:

​

  • Client is taking an unreasonable amount of time to respond, provide necessary resources, service and/or anything we deem unreasonable. The period of time that we consider unreasonable is 3 days, starting at the time of our inquiry/correspondence/message/reaching out in some manner.

  • Client needs to pause the order/production—Client will be required to pay the accrued hourly time spent on the project thus far.

  • Client doesn't pay the Base Price/PSF—Our time is precious.

  • We find client behavior to be inappropriate, to which we will determine ourselves.

Canceling Orders

Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to cancel the order at any time for any reason at all—In the unlikely circumstance that this occurs before the project starts, we will act reasonably and return all of the Base Price/Project Security Fee (PSF) to you with no cancellation fee to you.

In the unlikely circumstance that Evigilo Entertainment cancels the order while we are working on it, we may or may not return the full PSF to you, but we will return a portion that we find reasonable.

​

If you, the client/customer cancels the order, you must pay a 3% Cancellation Fee of the Project Security Fee (PSF) and no refund will be offered to you.

​

Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to cancel orders.

Pausing Orders

Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to pause the order and production at any time for any reason at all—In the unlikely circumstance that this occurs before the project starts, we notify you as soon as possible. We will act reasonably and return the full Base Price/Project Security Fee (PSF) to you, given that we find it appropriate to the circumstances.

​

In the unlikely circumstance that Evigilo Entertainment pauses the order and production while we are working on it, we reserve the right to keep the the full PSF. We log our hours, therefore we will also keep track of the hours spent on the project before we paused.

​

Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to pause current orders and/or future and other pending services in-progress or offered to you.

Declining/Refusing Orders

Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to refuse and/or decline future and/or pending services offered to you.

​

Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to refuse and/or decline selling you custom order license(s). We will always sell you a license if we have told you that you may purchase one, which this will be stated in writing at the beginning of the project.

CUSTOM ORDER Licenses (COL)

What are Custom Order Licenses for??

These licenses are for individuals or companies that want to purchase custom orders and resell them. Not all items are subject to custom order licenses. Individual licenses are sold per project.

Why do we charge a custom order license (COL) fee?

This fee is to record that you are licensed to resell the custom order content or use it in any work of your own or others that you allow. It is a way for us to protect the digital content that you purchased with an exclusive-only for you-license that goes into special records for safe keeping in the digital world that likes to pirate. Read for more information below.

COL Information & Agreement

Otherwise known as "Commercial Use-Custom Order Licenses" or "COL", Custom Order Licenses, as labeled, may be used for personal and Commercial Use purposes such as; home, personal device, gifts, personal property, get-togethers, parties, work presentations, religious gatherings, digital artwork for sale, music composition and the like.

The "purchaser" or "License Holder" under this COL agreement must also be the "recipient" of the license and there may be only one owner of this or there may be several owners of this License.

You, the "purchaser" AND under this COL agreement, the "recipient" are granted usage of this Custom Order License for an Unlimited amount of time, regardless of the number of views, listens or any other analytical tool for reviewing data. Commercial use permitted.

This license in this case, is valid for both "corporate entities" and "single entities", meaning; larger companies may use the licensable content or material, or only one-person, single content creator or small business owner may use it. The license belongs to the purchaser of the content or material or those who are proper representatives of the entity. The purchaser may designate as many individuals to be licensable users as they wish—Evigilo Entertainment will not keep track of these users for you. You, the "purchaser" agrees that by submitting information through our checkout system or other communication services and payment methods provided by Evigilo Entertainment LLC, the information is correct and intended for the recipient, in this case, the purchaser of the license. If this information must be corrected, please contact us immediately so that we may work together to adequately correct the issue.

 

Evigilo Entertainment LLC will not be held liable for incorrect information that was given to us. Please be sure that you provide the correct information for the recipient.

To receive a Custom Order License, you must go through our specific Custom Order procedure and pay in-full (that means, with no pending payments to be made), and your digital license will be issued. Evigilo Entertainment may or may not sell you a COL (or custom order). You will be informed whether or not we are willing to sell a COL before an order is confirmed.
 

  • Custom Order Licensees may do as they wish with their custom order after they pay our fee of 3% of project total after completion.

  • Special licensing is required to be acquired through a fee for certain Custom Orders Types. Read about the Custom Order Types that require special licensing in the Custom Order Section.

  • Evigilo Entertainment does not control who you share your content with. We cannot be placed at fault for any potential leak of your custom order content.


Commercial viewing is permitted.

Licensing

Some content on Evigilo Entertainment require digital licensing for use.
General Licensing Information

Unless otherwise stated, Evigilo Entertainment LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Evigilo Entertainment. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Evigilo Entertainment for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Content and or materials are provided 'as-is' and Evigilo Entertainment does not make any guarantees about quality, assurance or claims that our products are right for you. You, the "purchaser" and or recipient (in the case that the recipient is different from the purchaser) accept that the material or content being licensed to you is provided 'as-is' with all faults.

Licenses are not transferable under any condition other than at the beginning of purchase. You must contact us immediately if you mis-enter an email, name or any other information that is inaccurate in regard to whom the recipient is intended so that we may work together to adequately correct the issue. Please see our refund policy.

Licenses do not extend to more than one party unless a purchaser makes a purchase of our Unlimited-Company Licenses.

If there is a breach of this agreement, Evigilo Entertainment LLC will protect our rights, content, materials and business to the fullest extent of the law.

You must not:

  • Copy or republish material from Evigilo Entertainment

LIMITED Licenses

This license is valid for only "single entities" meaning; only one person may use the licensable content or material. The license belongs to the receiver of the content or material. You, the "purchaser", and or recipient (in the case that the recipient is different from the purchaser) are granted usage of this Unlimited License for an Unlimited amount of time, regardless of the number of views, listens or any other analytical tool for reviewing data. Commercial use permitted.

This license in this case, is valid for only "single entities" meaning; only one person, single content creator or small business owner may use the licensable content or material. The license belongs to the receiver of the content or material. You, the "purchaser" agree that by submitting information through our checkout system or other communication services and payment methods provided by Evigilo Entertainment LLC, the information is correct and intended for the recipient of the license. Therefore, the license is not extended to any other party other than the party named. UNLIMITED-COMPANY Licenses

Otherwise known as "Commercial Use-Company Licenses" or "UCL", Unlimited-Company Licenses, as labeled, may be used for personal and Commercial Use purposes such as; home, personal device, gifts, personal property, get-togethers, parties, work presentations, religious gatherings, digital artwork for sale, music composition and the like.

The "purchaser" or "License Holder" under this UCL agreement must also be the "recipient" of the license and there is only one owner of this Unlimited-Company License.

You, the "purchaser" AND under this UCL agreement, the "recipient" are granted usage of this Unlimited-Company License for an Unlimited amount of time, regardless of the number of views, listens or any other analytical tool for reviewing data. Commercial use permitted.

This license in this case, is valid for "corporate entities" only, meaning; larger companies may use the licensable content or material. The license belongs to the purchaser of the content or material. The purchaser may designate 12 individuals to be licensable users. You, the "purchaser" agree that by submitting information through our checkout system or other communication services and payment methods provided by Evigilo Entertainment LLC, the information is correct and intended for the recipient, in this case, the purchaser of the license. If this information must be corrected, please contact us immediately so that we may work together to adequately correct the issue.

To purchase an Unlimited-Company License, you must contact us regarding your order or the content or material you wish to purchase an UCL license for. Evigilo Entertainment may or may not sell you a UCL. You will be informed whether or not we are willing to sell a UCL before an order is confirmed. If additional License Accessible Individual slots are needed, you must purchase an additional license at the cost that you were issued at the beginning of your first order.

If the purchaser is granted a UCL, you must provide at least one other name other than the purchaser before the purchase is made. Each time an individual is given access to or access is removed to UCL content or material, you must cite their name by contacting us so that we may update our records with the following information:

  • Email

  • Full Name

  • Phone Number

  • Licensed or Unlicensed



License Accessible Individuals including License Holder must:

Evigilo Entertainment offers Subscribers a no-hassle subscription experience. Our aim is to put out good, informative digital content that viewers may find value. We in no way ensure that you will find value in our content.

Evigilo Entertainment currently offers a single subscription service of two tiers, either on monthly or annual payment schedule in the form of Evigilo Arts Subscription Exclusives - 'EASE'. The Evigilo Report subscription has been merged as of December 2024 and the content previously included is now included with EASE unless otherwise stated. Any other subscription services claimed to be offered by Evigilo Entertainment or affiliated with "EASE" or "The Evigilo Report" are false or fake. If you believe this information to be incorrect or if you have any questions or concerns, contact us immediately.

The following is information regarding your agreement with us. You are being offered a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-commercial, LIMITED LICENSE to view and interact with our subscription-based content. View our Licensing terms for more information on licensing.

    • Users must enter a portal in which only subscribed individuals are eligible to access and download from our server and/or drive.

    • Any content belonging to Evigilo Entertainment that you have access to or that was not distributed by, provided by, paid for by or otherwise affiliated with Evigilo Entertainment, is not valid and a breach of our terms. We encourage subscribers to immediately contact us if you find a source that is illegally distributing, streaming, pirating, or any other illegal activity or activity that breaches our terms.
       

  • When Subscribing, subscribers will not yet have immediate access to exclusive content. Please allow us 24 hours to gather the necessary information to offer you the best experience.

    • We're a small company that is doing our best to bring you top-tier content and services.
       

  • Our Subscription content must not be publicly distributed, copied or duplicated in any manner other than a single copy transferred to your chosen device for storage and personal-use purposes only. Our Subscription content must not be modified or used in any manner that would violate the respective and reasonable law in your own country.

    • Subscription-based content includes, but is not limited to;

      • Digital content, such as videos, exclusive games, applications, programs, images, reading material or anything digitally offered via our subscribed services.

      • Physical content that you have purchased, printed or any other form of physically generated content

General Subscription Terms

  • Evigilo Entertainment makes no guarantees of our content's quality, type, length, deliverability, availability, rate of distribution, values, or anything else related to your experience.
     

  • Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to:

    • Change, add or terminate a or our subscription service or services at any point in time, for any reason at all, without refund.

    • Change, add or terminate a or all subscribers subscriptions at any point in time, for any reason at all, without refund.

    • Change, add or terminate the pricing model of our subscription services at any point in time, for any reason at all, without refund.

    • Change, add or terminate new or old plans, services, offers, products, or anything related to our subscription services, at any point in time, for any reason at all.

    • Revoke specific or non-specific services and/or features related purchased or gifted subscriptions at any point in time, for any reason at all

    • Contact you regarding any subscription service alterations, additions, removals, terminations or other related information at any point in time, for any reason at all. This is not to be used for marketing.
       

  • Evigilo Entertainment offers the option to gift subscriptions to adults, 18 years of age or older.
