General
Terms of Sale
​Evigilo Entertainment has specific Terms of Sale that align with the policies that we have stated in these terms & conditions on this website. These are terms that you abide by when making a purchase on our website or any other manner utilized by Evigilo Entertainment:​​​
Stored Card Permission
As of Oct 14th, 2017, Visa® and Mastercard require express permission via Opt-in/checkbox is presented to the customer when storing their card for future use.
We take payment method storage seriously, therefore when purchasing from us, you must have a card or method of payment on file/stored with us. By purchasing from us, you agree to have your card stored.
• Recurring Payments: Subscriptions, Memberships or Split-Payment Payment Solutions​​
​Effective as of 03/22/2022 Mastercard is requiring the following:
• Merchant must send electronic notification of subscription terms at time of enrollment.​​​​
• Merchant must send electronic receipt, including cancellation instructions.
• Merchant must provide online or electronic cancellation method.

Service Specific Terms
Effective 9/22/2022, Merchant must clearly disclose terms of subscription and capture cardholder’s affirmative acceptance at point of payment.
Evigilo Arts Subscription Exclusives (EASE)
Entertainment subscription service, providing digital access/membership to view exclusive; video content, episodes, first looks, opinions, articles and more and also participate in membership-only community events such as live videos and join exclusive online community chats and more.
We offer 2 Tiers:
Tier One & Tier Two with a monthly or annual payment rate.

Subscription Terms
By viewing, utilizing or experiencing our content offered via our subscription by our company or any third party, in any way, you, the "Subscriber"; "Purchaser", "Viewer", "User", "Secondary Subscriber" or anyone accessing available content through our paid service or otherwise, must adhere to our Subscriber terms:
Evigilo Entertainment offers Subscribers a no-hassle subscription experience. Our aim is to put out good, informative digital content that viewers may find value. We in no way ensure that you will find value in our content.
​Evigilo Entertainment currently offers a single subscription service of two tiers, either on monthly or annual payment schedule in the form of Evigilo Arts Subscription Exclusives - 'EASE'. The Evigilo Report subscription has been merged as of December 2024 and the content previously included is now included with EASE unless otherwise stated. Any other subscription services claimed to be offered by Evigilo Entertainment or affiliated with "EASE" or "The Evigilo Report" are false or fake. If you believe this information to be incorrect or if you have any questions or concerns, contact us immediately.
​The following is information regarding your agreement with us. You are being offered a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-commercial, LIMITED LICENSE to view and interact with our subscription-based content. View our Licensing terms for more information on licensing.
Our subscriber content is currently not publicly accessible:
Users must enter a portal in which only subscribed individuals are eligible to access and download from our server and/or drive.
Any content belonging to Evigilo Entertainment that you have access to or that was not distributed by, provided by, paid for by or otherwise affiliated with Evigilo Entertainment, is not valid and a breach of our terms. We encourage subscribers to immediately contact us if you find a source that is illegally distributing, streaming, pirating, or any other illegal activity or activity that breaches our terms.
When Subscribing, subscribers will not yet have immediate access to exclusive content. Please allow us 24 hours to gather the necessary information to offer you the best experience.
We're a small company that is doing our best to bring you top-tier content and services.
Our Subscription content must not be publicly distributed, copied or duplicated in any manner other than a single copy transferred to your chosen device for storage and personal-use purposes only. Our Subscription content must not be modified or used in any manner that would violate the respective and reasonable law in your own country.
Subscription-based content includes, but is not limited to;
• Digital content, such as videos, exclusive games, applications, programs, images, reading material or anything digitally offered via our subscribed services.
• Licensed content (see licensing terms)
• Physical content that you have purchased, printed or any other form of physically generated content
General Subscription Terms
Evigilo Entertainment makes no guarantees of our content's quality, type, length, deliverability, availability, rate of distribution, values, or anything else related to your experience.
Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to:
• Change, add or terminate a or our subscription service or services at any point in time, for any reason at all, without refund.
• Change, add or terminate a or all subscribers subscriptions at any point in time, for any reason at all, without refund.
• Change, add or terminate the pricing model of our subscription services at any point in time, for any reason at all, without refund.
• Change, add or terminate new or old plans, services, offers, products, or anything related to our subscription services, at any point in time, for any reason at all.
• Revoke specific or non-specific services and/or features related purchased or gifted subscriptions at any point in time, for any reason at all
• Contact you regarding any subscription service alterations, additions, removals, terminations or other related information at any point in time, for any reason at all. This is not to be used for marketing.
Evigilo Entertainment offers the option to gift subscriptions to adults, 18 years of age or older.
Evigilo Arts Subscription Exclusives (EASE)
Specific Terms
Please note that The Evigilo Report's Subscription has merged to 'EASE', therefore we will refer to some products/subscriptions as 'formerly' as they've been updated. For now, we're no longer offering our 'essentials' - basic subscription package. We thank our supporters who actually wanted to support us by paying the higher tiers!
Evigilo Arts Subscription Exclusive Pricing & Recurring Payment Schedule
Tier 1 (Formerly Called PREMIUM Access Pass) - Tier One (I)
Tier One Subscription is currently Priced, unless discounted:

• Yearly: $162.00/Year (We value this subscription at $180.00/Year)

Tier 2 subscription perks, such as;
• +1 additional Tier 2 Subscription (a secondary user), that you may offer to anyone (age 18+ only) at any time by contacting us
You may change your secondary user once every 3 months
• *Tier 2 Merchandise
• Yearly subscribers have access to Tier 2 merchandise immediately
• Monthly subscribers must wait six (6) months before Tier 2 merchandise is available to them
• *Tier 2 Merchandise is only available to the primary subscriber
• Tier 2 Merchandise is limited to 1 item per year, selected from our pool of specific and available merchandise. Please contact us with your selection if you have not been reached out to!
• Tier 2 merchandise does not accumulate (or stack). Be sure to claim your item before your year mark is up!
• All exclusive content falls under our LIMITED LICENSING.
Evigilo Entertainment's Age 18+ Subscription Services - Users Be Advised
Some distributed content is not meant for children. We will do our best to inform you when child-inappropriate content is about to appear on your device. Viewers are ultimately responsible to look after their children; Evigilo Entertainment cannot be held responsible for anything that a child views, hears or experiences by being exposed to our content.
Some content put out is intended ONLY for users eighteen (18) or older. Evigilo Entertainment cannot be held responsible if an underage individual or group of underage individuals have purchased our subscription. We have no way of knowing whether or not the subscriber or viewer is underage. Evigilo Entertainment does not track who is watching our content and therefore, we do not know if underage minors are watching our content in respective locations and in accordance to local laws.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor the behavior of their children.
Evigilo Entertainment cannot be held responsible in the event that a minor accesses our content. Parents or guardians will be held responsible if a minor (anyone under 18 in The United States of America) accesses our content via our services or 3rd party.
Evigilo Entertainment does not produce content that is considered sexually explicit; however, some adult content may be displayed if we consider it relevant to; what we deem as newsworthy events and/or applications/programs that are closely related to the aforementioned adult behavior. Streamed or downloadable content may or may not be visually and audibly censored. Some content may be too graphic for some viewers. Viewers are advised to monitor their own surroundings, emotions, disabilities or any other mental or physical issue that may be triggered by content seen, heard or experienced through our services.
Evigilo Entertainment cannot be held responsible for any harm caused by content that may be displayed, seen, heard or accessed in any manner.
Cancellation Policy
How We Handle Cancellations
​Evigilo Entertainment will honor cancellations in accordance with the policies that we have stated in these terms & conditions on this website. When cancelling, please reach out to us through one of our methods to contact us.
Cancellation of Subscription Services (EASE)
• Simply reach out to us and we will cancel your subscription or cancel on your own through your subscription settings on your account page.
Cancellation of Custom Orders​
• If we have already made custom order plans:
-We're careful in accepting custom orders. We only accept custom orders if plans have been made for the project/product. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us within 5 days of your order.
• If we haven't made custom order plans/If you have made an accidental purchase:
-We only accept custom orders if plans have been made for the project/product. If for some reason you have made a purchase without plans being made, we will issue you a refund. Please do not dispute the charge.
-The cardholder who purchased the order must pay for any fees that arise when we give a refund.
-Please let us know as soon as possible so we can issue a refund as soon as possible.

Cancellation of Digital Purchases; Artistic templates, digital backdrops, individual purchased show episodes and more.
• We do not cancel digital store purchases as there's no way to return them.
• Evigilo Entertainment makes no guarantees of our content's quality, type, length, deliverability, availability, rate of distribution, values, or anything else related to your experience (as stated in our Subscription Terms)
Custom Order Split-Payments
A custom order payment solution to assist customers with expensive projects. We do not always accept this type of payment solution.

•Eligibility is determined on upon an individual basis and Evigilo Entertainment does not guarantee this payment solution to anyone
Custom Order Terms (Payments, Methods, Payment Schedule, Solutions & Fees)​
Custom Order General & Workflow Information
General
All custom work is made-to-order. There are times where we may or may not utilize commercial templates for certain products, such as animations, in which we have received proper licensing for. We will never share, re-sell or utilize content we create for you for other customers. See what we may do with your content in our Custom Order Rights (below).
Workflow
Our workflow for each individual custom order service is outlined on the service's specific order page list on this website. You will find the breakdown of the project workflow; what the project may or may not require to be done (we may use several different programs to achieve our desired finalized product)—We provide this for convenience purposes.​
Beginning Workflow
We will communicate with you after you have contacted us about your desired custom order - Please do not pay for Project Security Fees (PSF).
Concept/Design Phase
After gathering all necessary information including your specific needs, we will begin a concept design and then begin the project's usual workflow process. These design workflows vary and therefore we will communicate with you about your needs throughout the process. We recommend that you remain available for us to reach out to you as much as possible, as we see these custom orders to be high priority for us and you.
Final Touches
Please note that each project workflow varies and depends on the project type. Animation will vary from 3D Design (for example), therefore certain projects will require the flexibility of workflows that are intertwined and run together.
Payment, Licensing, Secure Digital Delivery
Hourly payment will be paid in full.
We will determine if you will be paying for a COL (Commercial-Use Custom Order License).
After COL is determined, we will;
A) If COL is wanted: We will take care of the COL fee and set up a personal cloud-drive folder to have digital access to your order along with a licensing key/record that you should keep in your digital and physical filing system. We will keep this folder for you for 1 year from the date of the folder being sent to you.
B) If COL is not wanted: We will set up a temporary folder for you to retrieve your files and you will have 30 days to download your files.
We will then verify the emails that you want to have access to this download folder containing your project files and then send a link to this folder to you via email. The email you contact us with must match the email that you want to receive the files as the primary contact for this order. You will then securely download to receive your project files and will have a set amount of time to download them depending on A or B (above).
Questions & Concerns
Ask us any questions that you might have, but please note that we may not respond right away. We take our work very seriously and we're incredibly busy, however we operate with a high sense of integrity and responsibility. Please be patient with us—We will make sure you are treated right and fairly.
Evigilo Entertainment Custom Order Rights
By purchasing custom-content from us, we reserve the right to use the content/product that you custom-order in any way that we see fit; commercial or non-commercial. By purchasing custom-content from us, you hereby agree that you have the right to do business on behalf of the company, persons or entity that you represent. You also extend to us an irrevocable, non-exclusive usage of the name of your business, logo and business-related imagery, granted and absent from any fees, payments of any kind and similar.
How will we use the content (if we do)?
We may use the product, such as (but not limited to) an animation or logo design to advertise our services, feature them on our website or other unnamed uses in which we are not limited to.
Order Bumping and Priority Level
Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to start other custom orders/projects and place your order on a lower priority level if:
Client is taking an unreasonable amount of time to respond, provide necessary resources, service and/or anything we deem unreasonable. The period of time that we consider unreasonable is 3 days, starting at the time of our inquiry/correspondence/message/reaching out in some manner.
Client needs to pause the order/production—Client will be required to pay the accrued hourly time spent on the project thus far.
Client doesn't pay the Base Price/PSF—Our time is precious.
We find client behavior to be inappropriate, to which we will determine ourselves.
Canceling Orders
Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to cancel the order at any time for any reason at all—In the unlikely circumstance that this occurs before the project starts, we will act reasonably and return all of the Base Price/Project Security Fee (PSF) to you with no cancellation fee to you.
In the unlikely circumstance that Evigilo Entertainment cancels the order while we are working on it, we may or may not return the full PSF to you, but we will return a portion that we find reasonable.
If you, the client/customer cancels the order, you must pay a 3% Cancellation Fee of the Project Security Fee (PSF) and no refund will be offered to you.
Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to cancel orders.
Pausing Orders
Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to pause the order and production at any time for any reason at all—In the unlikely circumstance that this occurs before the project starts, we notify you as soon as possible. We will act reasonably and return the full Base Price/Project Security Fee (PSF) to you, given that we find it appropriate to the circumstances.
In the unlikely circumstance that Evigilo Entertainment pauses the order and production while we are working on it, we reserve the right to keep the the full PSF. We log our hours, therefore we will also keep track of the hours spent on the project before we paused.​
Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to pause current orders and/or future and other pending services in-progress or offered to you.
Declining/Refusing Orders
Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to refuse and/or decline future and/or pending services offered to you.
Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to refuse and/or decline selling you custom order license(s). We will always sell you a license if we have told you that you may purchase one, which this will be stated in writing at the beginning of the project.
CUSTOM ORDER Licenses (COL)
What are Custom Order Licenses for??
These licenses are for individuals or companies that want to purchase custom orders and resell them. Not all items are subject to custom order licenses. Individual licenses are sold per project.
Why do we charge a custom order license (COL) fee?
This fee is to record that you are licensed to resell the custom order content or use it in any work of your own or others that you allow. It is a way for us to protect the digital content that you purchased with an exclusive-only for you-license that goes into special records for safe keeping in the digital world that likes to pirate. Read for more information below.
COL Information & Agreement
Otherwise known as "Commercial Use-Custom Order Licenses" or "COL", Custom Order Licenses, as labeled, may be used for personal and Commercial Use purposes such as; home, personal device, gifts, personal property, get-togethers, parties, work presentations, religious gatherings, digital artwork for sale, music composition and the like.
The "purchaser" or "License Holder" under this COL agreement must also be the "recipient" of the license and there may be only one owner of this or there may be several owners of this License.
You, the "purchaser" AND under this COL agreement, the "recipient" are granted usage of this Custom Order License for an Unlimited amount of time, regardless of the number of views, listens or any other analytical tool for reviewing data. Commercial use permitted.
This license in this case, is valid for both "corporate entities" and "single entities", meaning; larger companies may use the licensable content or material, or only one-person, single content creator or small business owner may use it. The license belongs to the purchaser of the content or material or those who are proper representatives of the entity. The purchaser may designate as many individuals to be licensable users as they wish—Evigilo Entertainment will not keep track of these users for you. You, the "purchaser" agrees that by submitting information through our checkout system or other communication services and payment methods provided by Evigilo Entertainment LLC, the information is correct and intended for the recipient, in this case, the purchaser of the license. If this information must be corrected, please contact us immediately so that we may work together to adequately correct the issue.
Evigilo Entertainment LLC will not be held liable for incorrect information that was given to us. Please be sure that you provide the correct information for the recipient.
To receive a Custom Order License, you must go through our specific Custom Order procedure and pay in-full (that means, with no pending payments to be made), and your digital license will be issued. Evigilo Entertainment may or may not sell you a COL (or custom order). You will be informed whether or not we are willing to sell a COL before an order is confirmed.
Custom Order Licensees may do as they wish with their custom order after they pay our fee of 3% of project total after completion.
Special licensing is required to be acquired through a fee for certain Custom Orders Types. Read about the Custom Order Types that require special licensing in the Custom Order Section.
Evigilo Entertainment does not control who you share your content with. We cannot be placed at fault for any potential leak of your custom order content.
Commercial viewing is permitted.
Canceling Custom Orders
Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to cancel the order at any time for any reason at all—In the unlikely circumstance that this occurs before the project starts, we will act reasonably and return all of the Base Price/Project Security Fee (PSF) to you with no cancellation fee to you.
In the unlikely circumstance that Evigilo Entertainment cancels the order while we are working on it, we may or may not return the full PSF to you, but we will return a portion that we find reasonable.
​If you, the client/customer cancels the order, you must pay a 3% Cancellation Fee of the Project Security Fee (PSF) and no refund will be offered to you.
​Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to cancel orders.
Delivery of Custom Order Services, Subscriptions & Digital Goods
Evigilo Entertainment delivers our services, subscriptions & most products digitally. Upon checkout, you agree to all of our Terms & Conditions.
• Custom Order Services: We do not guarantee a delivery date of custom order services due to project variation for each order. Please read our Custom Order Terms & Conditions.
• Subscriptions: Online Membership will be granted upon checkout. Please allow for at least 24 hours for full access to your specific subscription. Please reach out if you cannot access your subscription content—Give us at least 24 hours to look into the issue if any arise.
• Digital Store Products: Products should be delivered instantly.
If any of the above is not the case, please reach out to us with your information ready: Full Name, email, phone number, Transaction # and any other relevant information that you or we may find useful. Please do not provide any private information such as credit card information or any other personal or revealing information.

Refund & Returns Policy
Refunds
​Evigilo Entertainment reserves the right to deny issuance of refunds for anything; product, service or otherwise, for any reason and at any point in time. Therefore, we may or may not issue you a refund. We do our best to provide an integrity-focused service, therefore we will do our best to adequately take care of any issue to the best of our ability.
What we do not refund:
Custom Order Project Security Fees (PSF)
• If cancelled, unless the project has not started: You must inform us via writing within 5 business days from the date that the order is placed/paid—If you meet our 5-day policy by informing us, will issue you a full refund, but you must pay a 3% Cancellation Fee of the Project Security Fee (PSF).
• Unless Evigilo Entertainment cancels the order. See details on custom orders > cancelling orders
• We do not refund any leftover amount of PSF hour coverage when order is completed, nor do we credit any remaining time left.
Physical Merchandise (We have no control over drop shipping services)​
Subscription Services (EASE)
Digital purchases such as; artistic templates, digital backdrops, individual purchased show episodes and more.
Returns
​Evigilo Entertainment offers primarily digital products. After any digital purchases are made other than what's described in our refund policy above, sales are final. No returns are possible for digital purchases. Physical merchandise will be handled by Spring. See Terms & Conditions: Merchandise Store (Merch) > Shipping (Merch Store).
