Before you order:
  1. Familiarize with View Registry Information section in 'Additional Info Sections' on this page
  2. View and familiarize with the Lore Crate Registry page. (You won't register the crate until received)
  3. Decide if you want to use your real name or screen name for Lore Crate Content. The order section has a field titled, "Name on crate-related items...". This is where you will type the crate-related named items. Type real name, N/A (we'll default to real name) or your Screen Name.
  4. During your order, ensure that:
    1. ​The shipment address is the location that you want to receive your Lore Crate. We don't want it going somewhere it doesn't belong.
  5. Order, surprises on the way.

  • Crate Creation

    Lore Crates are made to order and may take time to create. Each crate is packed individually and items are either 3D Printed by us or items are designed by us and created via 3rd Party creators for us (such as exclusive merchandise).

     

    Shipping

    Lore Crates take time to create and therefore shipping may take time due to the nature of creating each item individually. We will not guarantee a time for the lore crate to be created nor shipped due to varying factors such as:

    • Material availability for 3D Printing
    • 3rd Party merchandise unavailability
    • Crate Order Creation Backups
    • Other unspecified factors not in our control

    Shipping weight may differ from crate type and variation.

    Distribution

    Crate Item Distribution may vary depending on the type. Some crates types will vary from tier level as well as crate type variations, ranging from Crate Types A, B or C with potential for more as well.

    We track the crate variations and some exclusive items may not be available after a certain threshold is met. For example, some items may not be available due to in-game limits and we want to make some of our items highly exclusive with limited items. In such cases, when the threshold is reached, for these items, we will no longer be selling that specific crate type or variation.

    Lore Crates are not refundable to any capacity.
