Service Description
*Contact Us Before Purchase - Please read our Custom Order Terms & Conditions Policy before purchase* Base Price*: $300.00 (*Project Security Fee | 4 Hour Coverage) • Additional Hourly $35.00/hr after *PSF Service Includes: • 1 Finalized 2D Logo. • 1 Alpha/transparent background image (.png) • Black & white background (by default) and/or color of your choice (.jpeg) Workflow: 1. Concept: We will first gather necessary information, ideas, specifications and more from you so that we can form an understanding and define expectations. 2. Design: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (and potentially more programs) are used to design the fundamental and unique structure of the logo. 3. Final Adjustments: We work with you to find likes, dislikes and finalize adjustments that must be made. Alterations: After finalization, if an alteration is needed, alteration fees will apply at $35/hour, including quick fixes. Changes such as color adjustment/change, rearrangement/positions of objects/imagery and more. If the logo must be changed drastically, we will consider it a new project and therefore we must charge base price again. Session Duration: Please note that the 'session duration' does not reflect the time it will take to complete the project. Evigilo Entertainment determines the level of complexity, your selection may not be accurate to reflect the base price. Contact us before you purchase.
Cancellation Policy
*Always contact us before making your custom order services purchase. Evigilo Entertainment does not normally accept custom orders that: • Are Rushed • Have Determined Completion-by-Dates • Have other unmentioned reasons. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at all. Payment & Project Security Fees (PSF/Base Pricing) • The Project Security Fee must be paid to start the order. • Hourly Rates (after PSF) of $35.00/hour are charged separately from the PSF. Rate in USD is locked in for the agreed content in the project. • After PSF hour coverage is completely used, Evigilo Entertainment will determine if an hourly rate payment is required at any point during the project's workflow at our sole discretion. This is to ensure that we are continually paid, but this is not always necessary. Normally, hourly is paid after the project's completion. COL - Custom Order-Commercial Use Licensing COL is a 3% fee for reselling use. Before purchase of this service, Evigilo Entertainment will solely determine if: 1) COL is required or not for this project 2) Client is eligible to purchase a COL for this project • Not all custom orders will have need of a COL to issued • We have the right to decline issuance of a COL • COL's are purchased separately at 3% of the cost of final total Project Duration Times, Booking & Scheduling A) Project duration to completion times will vary based on factors such as type, detail and more. B) Selecting or 'scheduling' a time on our website may not be accurate due to the nature (A) of custom order work. C) Some orders may need to be bumped to later dates. • We normally have availability for custom order projects: Monday-Wednesday & Friday at our regular business hours listed on our website. • Selecting, Setting or giving a date is not a guarantee that the project will start nor be finished by any date or time. • We will communicate with you. Refunds/Cancellation We do not normally issue refunds for PSF's (Base Pricing) unless: • We did not start the project yet (See refund policy details on Terms & Conditions Page > Refunds) • We started the project, but it's early on—Project Security Fee is meant to protect our time and initiate base pricing. • Partial hourly work may be issued at our sole discretion. Cancelled custom orders must be done within 5 business days of payment date to receive a full refund. *See our Terms & Conditions page for full information above.
